We strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable, and that includes ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect.
 
Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to an additional 2–3 business days.

Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up: Monday-Saturday 10am - 6pm
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $145 qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage only. Please note: Some products may not qualify for free shipping. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us at order@marrsmercantile within 7 days of delivery for assistance. For lost or misdelivered shipments, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

  • For damaged items, we will request photos of the item and outside of the package to expedite the resolution. We will also follow up with a link to verify the damage with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an error is found after your order is placed:

  • Contact us immediately at order@marrsmercantile to request changes.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
